Through our process, we determine the type of Use and/or Building permits required and then coordinate the level of architectural plans necessary to facilitate the project. We have discovered that combining these pre-construction services allows us to examine each project at the earliest stage which enables us to streamline costs and schedule efficiently. As a project moves forward into the construction phase, we are on site everyday and keep our client informed of each key step of the process.
